<div><p>The Production Line Supervisor oversees daily operations of the manufacturing production line to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on manufacturing experience, and the ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.</p><hr/><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Supervise and coordinate activities of production line employees to meet production goals.</li><li>Monitor workflow, equipment performance, and product quality throughout the shift.</li><li>Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain high productivity and adherence to safety protocols.</li><li>Implement and enforce company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.</li><li>Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.</li><li>Maintain accurate production reports and documentation.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.</li></ul><hr/><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong><ul><li>1+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and safety standards.</li></ul></li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul><hr/><h3><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and machinery.</li></ul></div>
