As a member of the MJCCA Philanthropy team and in close partnership with Camp Barney Medintz leadership, the Alumni Engagement Coordinator will focus on identifying and reconnecting alumni, strengthening alumni data, creating meaningful communications and engagement opportunities, developing alumni volunteer leadership, and building pathways for ongoing involvement with CBM. In the first year, success will mean that CBM has a significantly stronger understanding of who its alumni are and how to reach them, an expanding and increasingly accurate alumni database, consistent alumni communication, successful engagement opportunities, an initial group of committed alumni volunteer leaders, and a clear strategy for continued growth of the alumni program.
