Primary physical requirements of MDFT Therapists: read/write reports and log entries, walking/standing/sitting for prolonged periods, bending/stooping, kneeling/squatting, climbing stairs, reaching overhead, repetitive wrist/finger movements, ongoing access to reliable vehicle and driving own vehicle for work. In accordance with agency policy and procedures, the MDFT Therapists will be a Licensed Therapist (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) and will develop a comprehensive clinical treatment plan that includes counseling, mental health and substance abuse treatment services for youth with a High acuity level for behavior and trauma as determined by the CANS-NY.
