As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of estimating and preconstruction activities, including: Preparing comprehensive cost estimates by performing detailed quantity takeoffs, applying labor productivity and production rate analysis, procuring material and equipment pricing, soliciting and evaluating subcontractor proposals, and integrating all project cost components into a complete and accurate estimate.
