Title: Entry Level Concrete / Masonry Laborer Location: Rochester, NY 
Join Our Growing Commercial Construction Team! We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused Concrete/Masonry Laborers to join our commercial construction team. Candidates should have prior construction experience, a strong work ethic, and reliable transportation. Individuals with specialized skills in concrete finishing, form carpentry, or rough carpentry are strongly encouraged to apply and may qualify for additional opportunities.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist with concrete and masonry construction projects</li><li>Perform job site setup, maintenance, and cleanup</li><li>Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment</li><li>Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders</li><li>Support specialty crews as needed  </li><li>Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment safely</li><li>Assist with the maintenance of company vehicles and equipment</li><li>Adhere to all company and OSHA safety standards and procedures</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous construction experience preferred</li><li>Experience with concrete work, masonry, formwork, or rough carpentry is a plus</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds regularly</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and navigate uneven job site terrain</li><li>Reliable transportation to and from job sites</li><li>Strong attention to safety and willingness to follow established procedures</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>401(k) retirement plan</li><li>Paid vacation and company holidays</li><li>Short-term disability coverage</li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)  </li><li>Consistent work schedule with long-term opportunities</li></ul>Compensation:
