p>Minimum Requirements & Qualifications: • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent • 2+ years experience in the Special Inspection or Construction Industry • ICC Reinforced Concrete • WABO Post-Installed Anchors • Nuclear Gauge Technician Certification (APNGA or equivalent) • ICC Soils or ability to acquire within 3 months of hire • Valid WA Enhanced Driver's License, equivalent Real ID, or valid Passport • Reliable driving record is required • Strong report writing, communication, and time management skills • Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs frequently • Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather.
Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:
• 5+ years experience in the Special Inspection or Construction Industry • ICC Soils • WABO Reinforced Concrete • WABO Structural Masonry • WABO Spray Applied Fire Resistive Materials or ability to acquire within 3 months of hire • WABO Fire-Resistant Penetrations and Joints or ability to acquire within 3 months of hire.
