The Senior Project Management Scheduler reports to the Lead Project Management Scheduler and is responsible for developing and updating project schedules and maintaining multi-disciplined engineering and project execution schedules for complex projects. Lead project scheduling meetings to collect current schedule information, provide current schedule status, develop schedule mitigation strategies and provide look-ahead updates to project teams.

Responsibilities:
Primary Purpose of PositionThe Senior Project Management Scheduler reports to the Lead Project Management Scheduler and is responsible for developing and updating project schedules and maintaining multi-disciplined engineering and project execution schedules for complex projects. Must be able to work independently, lead schedule meetings, and facilitate discussions to obtain the information to organize activities, validate schedule calculations, and perform weekly/monthly status updates and reports. Interfaces directly with project team members and vendor organizations, monitors work activities and identifies potential schedule conflicts. Assists in calculating project earned values. Notifies Project Manager(s) of pending or future schedule discrepancies and recommends options for resolution. Additionally, will assist in calculating project earned values. The Senior Project Management Scheduler will coach and/or provide guidance to Project Management Schedulers within the Project Management Organization. Communicates any scheduling issue areas and risks to Project Management leadership and recommends options for resolution. Primary Duties and Accountabilities<ul><li>Coordinate, develop and Update discipline schedules to ensure an accurate product for use in effective planning, resource allocation, parts acquisition, and schedule execution.</li><li>Prepare and analyze detailed project schedule reports to ensure effective project execution and feedback. Coordinate with project team members directly to update schedule status for assigned activities.</li><li>Lead project scheduling meetings to collect current schedule information, provide current schedule status, develop schedule mitigation strategies and provide look-ahead updates to project teams.</li><li>Assist with the maintenance and enhancement of fleet master project scheduling templates and reports.</li><li>Run weekly and monthly site schedule reports.</li><li>Other assignments as directed by management, such as outage schedule challenges, day-to-day scheduling and the performance of self-assessments to support continuous learnings of the organization.</li><li>All other job assignments and/or duties pursuant to company policy or as directed by management to include but not limited to: (Emergency Response duties and/or coverage)</li></ul> Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree and 5-years of related experience OR</li><li>Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience OR</li><li>High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience</li><li>Experience managing projects</li><li>Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (within 18 months of starting position)</li><li>Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties</li></ul>

This role will support the Cost and Schedule Analysis Department in the Navy Aviation Division at MANTECH. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Collecting requirements from technical subject matter experts and translating into information used to develop and maintain an integrated government schedule (IGS) + Evaluating project documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), industry Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to identify information relevant to the integrated government schedule + Analyzing schedule data related to programs/projects and/or processes using MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Power BI + Formatting and presenting schedule information and data using OnePager Professional, MS Power BI, MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel + Facilitating meetings in support of schedule processes, which include various program or project stakeholders Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree in areas related to Math, Science, Statistics, Business, Management, or Engineering and 4+ years of experience with networked schedule development, critical path method, baseline and status using milestones, task, duration, lead/lag, and other standard data points/aspects of schedule development, maintenance, and analysis OR Associate’s Degree may be substituted with 8+ years of relevant experience OR HS Diploma may be substituted with 10+ years of relevant experience + Experience using MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word + Experience interfacing with senior level clients Preferred Qualifications: + Master’s degree in areas related to Math, Science, Statistics, Business, Management, or Engineering + Experience with OnePager Professional and MS Power BI + Knowledge and familiarity with government acquisition processes + Experience with technical program management support Clearance Requirements: + Must have a current/active DoD Secret security clearance Physical Requirements: + The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
