As an Unarmed Security Officer at a residential community, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and provide courteous service to residents and visitors. Conduct regular and random unarmed vehicle and/or foot patrols throughout residential common areas, amenities, streets, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
