Supports the implementation of school policies governing student conduct and promotes positive behavior and a respectful, well-managed classroom by developing fair and consistent rules and procedures to minimize disruptions and de-escalate students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs. Grades tests, exams, assignments, and projects; evaluates student performance and identifies learning strengths and challenges, Provides additional support when needed, and seeks support from specialists as appropriate.
