As Finance Manager, you will lead our accounting team day-to-day and serve as a key operational partner to the CFO. You will shape the people, processes, and systems that underpin every financial decision we make — and hold the team to a high standard of accuracy, consistency, and discipline.Core ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Development<ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop members of the accounting team</li><li>Set clear roles, expectations, and performance standards</li><li>Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and development conversations</li><li>Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture</li><li>Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention as the team grows</li></ul>Process & Operational Excellence<ul><li>Design and document scalable workflows for month-end close, AR, AP, payroll, reconciliation, and reporting</li><li>Establish standard operating procedures, checklists, and review controls</li><li>Maintain a consistent close calendar with clear deadlines and ownership</li><li>Develop dashboards and KPIs that give leadership timely visibility into financial operations</li><li>Partner with IT and operations to ensure finance systems support evolving business needs</li></ul>Financial Operations Oversight<ul><li>Ensure accurate and timely monthly and annual close</li><li>Review financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting packages</li><li>Oversee AR, AP, payroll, and general ledger functions</li><li>Monitor financial controls and report surface risks and compliance concerns to the CFO</li><li>Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis in partnership with the CFO</li><li>Support audit readiness, tax filings, and compliance obligations</li></ul>Strategic Partnership<ul><li>Serve as a key operational partner to the CFO and executive leadership</li><li>Provide recommendations on team structure, staffing, tools, and systems</li><li>Lead or support special projects including system implementations and ERP improvements</li><li>Represent the finance organization in cross-functional initiatives</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>7 or more years of progressive finance or accounting experience</li><li>3 or more years of direct people management experience leading teams of three or more</li><li>Demonstrated track record of building structure, processes, and accountability within a finance or accounting function</li><li>Strong working knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and standard accounting cycles</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field</li><li>Excellent communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills</li><li>Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar) and the Microsoft 365 suite</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>CPA, MBA, or relevant graduate certification</li><li>Experience leading finance teams in a multi-entity or operationally complex environment</li><li>Familiarity with multi-entity accounting and intercompany transactions</li><li>Experience implementing, optimizing, or transitioning ERP and accounting systems</li><li>Background in companies experiencing growth or significant operational change</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive base pay</li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Ongoing training and development</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and advancement</li><li>A dynamic and supportive work environment</li></ul>CS Contract Solutions considers all applicants for employment without regard to race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or status as a US military veteran in accordance with federal law. As part of your role, you'll be influencing dealer retail activities through in-store unit best practices in ways that also contribute to dealer loyalty.
