Process Improvement & AI‑Enabled Redesign: Lead end‑to‑end Finance process improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem‑solving, applying AI, automation, and analytics as enablers to eliminate manual effort, reduce variability, and improve efficiency, quality, and scalability across core Finance workflows including FP&A, Lead to Cash and Procure to Pay. Stakeholder Alignment, Change Management & Adoption: Lead change management and cross‑functional coordination to ensure Finance teams understand, trust, and adopt new processes and tools, embedding new ways of working through clear communication, training, and reinforcement.
