Work shall be performed under the supervision and guidance of the Contractor''s Mechanical Lead who assigns the work, makes re-views and inspections of the work to be performed and provides technical advice and assistance in the performance of all other assigned duties. Thorough understanding of and ability to execute proper maintenance procedures for mechanical and plant equipment including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, structural and non-structural systems.
