This entails assisting and supporting the solicitation efforts for parties to mediate, mediator selection, mediation scheduling/securing location, mediation administration, and mediation case disposition.Essential Job Functions:• Monitors and assists with all virtual mediation sessions and breakout rooms and provides tutorial sessions to mediators and parties, as needed.• Maintains mediation files from case creation to closure in accordance with established procedures. Reviews appropriate reports to ensure docket is current and running efficiently and update letters and correspondence as needed. Bachelor's degree preferred.• Expertise using a desktop computer with the full suite of electronic office applications and other office equipment. • Excellent organizational ability, interpersonal skills, and written and verbal communications skills.• Preferably have experience and is skilled in providing quality customer service.Work ConditionsNormal office conditions. Work is normally performed during a 40 hour work-week in an office environment. Minimal travel may be required. Some overtime may be required.
