Our team is the front line of our fight against the opiate epidemic. Your Job as an Office Assistant:The Administrative Support role will perform various administrative functions assigned in accordance with the office procedures of the clinic.  Responsibilities may include answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing or word processing, office machine operation, and filing. Your Responsibilities as an Office Assistant:<ul><li>Perform general administrative tasks assigned in accordance with the office procedures of the clinic.</li><li>May include a combination of answering telephones, billing, typing or word processing, office machine operation, and filing.</li><li>Operate the front desk duties during peak hours or when primary staff in unavailable.</li><li>Sort, organize and maintain office records.</li><li>Assist with new patient enrollments as necessary.</li><li>Assist with various insurance/billing reports as necessary.</li><li>May assist with patient drug testing procedures; and,</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Qualifications:

We treat the whole person and, in so doing, address the underlying causes of OUD in an effort to provide a continuum of care that not only addresses treatment needs but supports the patient on their journey to recovery.Job Summary:This position is responsible for performing clerical and administrative services in greeting, registering, and admitting patients, in a healthcare facility. Also, responsible for identifying the best methods to schedule patient appointments accordingly. Essential Functions:Complete the pre-registration process for all new clients and schedule appointments accordingly, including orientation of new patients,monitoring all patient activities on center premises, and providing customer service as a point of contact for patient inquiries, as applicable.Collects co-payments and patient financial responsibility at the time of service. Ensures that all necessary demographics, billing, and clinical information obtained has been entered in the registration system with timeliness and accuracy.Maintain strong communication with Program Director, physicians, and other nursing staff regarding intakes.Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorization as necessary.Complete Administrative tasks including answering phones, check and deliver mail, maintain supply inventory, anticipate supply needs, order supplies, and verify receipt of supplies, as applicable.Maintains confidentiality and safeguards the operations of the business.Keep lines of communication open with the Clinic Operations Team to ensure individualized goals are met.Adheres to the service policy and principle of CMG/New Seasons.Other duties assigned. Skill and Ability: The position requires the ability to read, write legibly, and comprehend written and spoken words. Basic computer literacy, and the ability to effectively learn new software programs. Use strong communication skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
