We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator to join our growing team.Position Overview: 
The Insurance Coordinator is responsible for verifying patient insurance, processing and tracking claims, and communicating clearly with both patients and insurance providers. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and brings a strong understanding of dental insurance policies and billing procedures.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Verify dental insurance coverage and eligibility prior to appointments</li><li>Submit claims accurately and in a timely manner</li><li>Monitor outstanding claims and follow up on unpaid or denied claims</li><li>Interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Provide patients with clear estimates of insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs</li><li>Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to support treatment planning and scheduling</li><li>Maintain accurate records using Dentrix or similar dental software</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in dental or medical insurance coordination</li><li>Proficient in PPO insurance plans, billing codes, and claim follow-up</li><li>Familiarity with Dentrix or other dental software strongly preferred</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>High attention to detail and excellent organizational habits</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; additional dental or billing certification a plus</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>Monday through Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM</li><li>Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Paid holidays and time off</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>Opportunities for professional development</li></ul>How to Apply:
