Maintain liaison with various contractors and vendors - Civil, Structural and Architecture - in order to manage the day to day activities that impact the delivery of company’s layout and footprint of critical facilities and utility interconnection, including civil/site contractors, structural steel, concrete, envelope trades, architectural trades, and specialty vendors. Our client is taking their expertise and focus and applying it towards brownfield and greenfield data center projects - including site development, building shell, structural scope, architectural build-outs, and campus expansions for the Hyperscale, Colo or Enterprise Marketplace.
