JOB INFORMATION:
Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Device Maintenance Clerk to join our team. In this position, you are responsible for ensuring accurate data entry and coordination of the service center activity with the Company’s Repair Center Management system. Engages in a variety of repair center transactions that are critical to the operation of the Murray Repair Center including supporting the accurate and timely supply of clean, maintained, and up to spec medical devices to the Company’s patient base.<ul><li>Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm</li></ul>Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.)<ul><li>Accurately and timely physically receive, electronically enter all incoming devices</li><li>Accurately processes and documents product condition following established procedures</li><li>Assists in providing information necessary to process invoices for payment</li><li>Clean and test all devices, batteries, accessories, and provide triage notes for the repair center</li><li>Maintain a proper work area, clean of all debris and disinfects on regular basis</li><li>Maintain record-keeping as necessary to comply with policies and procedures</li><li>Maintain service system accuracy between physical units and Service Manager work orders</li><li>Perform physical inventory cycle counts and periodic physical inventory</li><li>Physical movement of products in the service center and ensuring an orderly and uninterrupted flow of devices and accessories to the distribution team</li><li>Preparing used batteries and other electronic components for recycling</li><li>Process and track off-site repairs with outside vendors </li><li>Record all product movements in the Service Manager system via bar code scanning devices and other data entry methods</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul>

QUALIFICATIONS:

Instead, the Company will conduct an individualized assessment that considers the duties of the position, the nature and timing of the offense, and any evidence of rehabilitation, in accordance with applicable laws.</li><li>Drug screen (when applicable for the position)</li><li>Compliance with healthcare facility credentialing process (when applicable for the position)</li><li>Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)</li></ul>Required Education and/or Experience<ul><li>High school diploma or GED equivalent, required</li></ul>Preferred Education and/or Experience<ul><li>Experience with medical equipment, preferred</li><li>One year of related work experience, preferred</li></ul>Skills and Competencies<ul><li>Effectively communicate in English; both oral and written</li><li>Interpret a variety of communications (verbal, non-verbal, written, listening and visual)</li><li>Maintain confidentiality, discretion and caution when handling sensitive information</li><li>Multi-task along with attention to detail</li><li>Self-motivation, organized, time-management and deductive problem solving skills</li><li>Work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>Machines, Equipment and Technical Abilities<ul><li>Oxygen analyzer and flow meter</li><li>Email transmission and communication</li><li>Internet navigation and research</li><li>Microsoft applications; Outlook, Word and Excel</li><li>Office equipment; fax machine, copier, printer, phone and computer and/or tablet</li></ul>Physical Demands<ul><li>Lift up to 60lbs as necessary</li><li>Loading and unloading of equipment</li><li>Requires sitting, walking, standing, talking and listening</li><li>Requires close vision to small print on computer and/or tablet and paperwork</li></ul>
