We are seeking a Patient Services Coordinator I who is bilingual to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and exceptional customer service to patients. 
Qualifications: 
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred 
- Fluent in both English and Spanish. 
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role 
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and medical office software 
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment 
- Understanding of medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus 
Responsibilities: 
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner 
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits 
- Maintain accurate patient records and verify insurance information 
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries 
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to ensure quality patient care 
- Assist with billing and coding tasks as needed 
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and privacy policies
