The Director will serve as a senior liaison between Teladoc Health and key partners, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Clinical, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Implementation, Reporting, Data Science, Client Success, and Health Plan teams to advance shared business priorities, strengthen partner satisfaction, improve internal alignment, and support revenue and margin goals. This role is responsible for developing and executing annual partner strategies, supporting national partnership agreements, communicating partner pricing and performance terms, advancing data sharing processes, leading partner education, supporting client retention, and identifying partner-influenced revenue opportunities.
