Project Leadership and Execution: Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects such as process optimizations, facility upgrades, capital expenditures, equipment installations, and other site initiatives. Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering assigned site and inter‑site related projects, including but not limited to process improvements, equipment installations, and facility upgrades or expansions.
