Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, departmental equity, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and the operational needs of the organization. 12.May hire, supervise, and evaluate clinical staff (physicians, APPs, dentists, and optometrists etc.) in the respective departments in conjunction with their department chiefs and/or chairs; escalates concerns to their supervisors.
