Required skills include the ability to: follow Agency and State program requirements including using E.V.V. software for timekeeping, provide excellent customer service, effectively implement all agency health and safety measures, and maintain an open line of communications with their supervisor. Responsibilities include Bathing, Dressing, Meal Preparation, Feeding assistance, Exercise, Grooming, Routine hair or skin care, Toileting, Transferring, Ambulation, and light housekeeping, laundry and other activities of daily living tasks in accordance with the established service plan.
