This role is essential in the daily operations and management of our clinic.        This position offers:    Medical  Dental  Vision  401K Matching  Very competitive pay  PTO  Paid holidays  Flexibility Roles and Responsibilities <ul><li>Provides direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse and/or physician </li></ul><ul><li>Communicates effectively with physicians and other team members about patient’s clinical condition including patient symptoms and diagnostic study results.  </li></ul><ul><li>Consistently meets regulatory requirements and standards for nursing in addition to complying with Triad Complete Healthcare policies and procedures. </li></ul><ul><li>Provides care and communication that meet the needs of each patient and family. </li></ul><ul><li>Completes all patient documentation and charges accurately and timely. </li></ul><ul><li>Facilitates appropriate communication between back office and front office processes that contribute to successful clinic performance. </li></ul><ul><li>coordinate and schedule patient appointments as well as accurately gather and document patient demographic information. </li></ul><ul><li>Performs prior authorizations tasks promptly with payers to ensure patient test and procedures are covered. Keep physicians and all appropriate team members informed of insurance authorization delays or non-coverage.  </li></ul><ul><li>Maintains an organized work environment; consistently prioritizes work assignments and facilitates timely response to tasks. Utilizes time between patients to review all forms and data entered for completeness and accuracy.  </li></ul><ul><li>Acts as a liaison between patients, staff, and physicians while communicating effectively with all parties.  </li></ul><ul><li>Handles confidential information appropriately.   </li></ul>Qualifications  <ul><li>High School graduate or equivalent; associates degree or higher preferred.  </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing.  </li></ul><ul><li>Must have Certification </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to receive, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions.  </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to understand insurance benefits and perform basic mathematical tasks.  </li></ul><ul><li>Understand the ethics of confidentiality and HIPPA regulatory requirements.  </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to type at least 40WPM. </li></ul><ul><li>Communication Skills </li></ul><ul><li>Critical Thinking </li></ul><ul><li>Compassion </li></ul><ul><li>Proficient in basic computer skills </li></ul>Powered by JazzHR
