Job SummaryLPNTeemaGroupFull-timeIn-Office | Lubbock, TX, United States Location: Texas Schedule: Shifts would be either<ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li> 2pm-10pm  (Required to work every other weekend shift)</li><li>OR two doubles on the weekend</li><li>First 5 weeks will require training 8am-5pm Monday-Friday   ·         Shifts are alternating to meet staffing needs. Will be required to work every other weekend. ·         32 hours per week guaranteed  </li></ul>Pay Rate: 35-36/hr Setting: Living Center We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact each day by supporting patients in their health journey while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team. What You Will DoAs an LVN, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive safe, effective, and personalized care. Your responsibilities will include:<ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li>Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and ongoing monitoring</li><li>Educate patients and families on medications, care plans, and health management</li><li>Accurately document care and patient progress in electronic systems</li><li>Perform computer data entry (full training provided)</li><li>Support patients with advanced clinical needs, including:<ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li>Gastrostomy tubes and enteral feedings</li><li>Foley catheter care</li><li>Tracheostomy care What You Bring</li></ul></li><li>Active LVN license in the state of Texas</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience (2+ years preferred)</li><li>Strong clinical skills with experience in advanced nursing procedures</li><li>Confidence in patient education and communication</li><li>Detail-oriented with accurate documentation and data entry skills</li><li>A compassionate, patient-first mindset</li></ul> Apply TodayIf you are a dedicated LVN who takes pride in delivering exceptional care, we would love to connect with you and share more about this opportunity.
