The ideal candidate loves AV  and works with minimal direction.  We're a company of AV engineering and project management geeks that like to work with other problem solvers.  Our goal for this specific person is to advance them to either an AV Engineering or Project Management role in 2-5 years.As an AV Lead Technician for VIBE Design, you will perform general AV tech functions, while leading, training, and mentoring newer technicians.  You will troubleshoot and commission AV systems, perform basic network configuration, and load / adjust / configure DSP and Video processing systems.Every company has pros and cons.  VIBE Design is a small company handling relatively large and complex AV projects.  This means we have zero bureaucracy or office politics, but also lack rigidly structured systems.  If you're looking for a job where your every function is mechanically spelled out, look elsewhere.  Our team members are actively involved with a constant eye on improving our workflows and processes. Performance Profile -
