This position helps incoming students transition successfully to Texas Wesleyan University by building relationships, leading small groups through the orientation experience, and modeling positive, professional, and welcoming customer service. The New Student Mentor works as a member of the TXWES Orientation team and serves as a peer leader who supports the planning and facilitation of New Student Registration Days and Ram Camp.
