Stipend - Mentor Teacher (Soko) (Internal Only) (SY26-27) Chelsea Public SchoolsStipend - Mentor Teacher (Soko) (Internal Only) (SY26-27)Chelsea, MAMentor Responsibilities: Mentor Ratios will be as followed: Track 1: 3 mentees per mentor (120 minute monthly requirement for each new teacher) Track 2: 5 mentees per mentor (60 minute monthly requirement for each new teacher) Year 2: 6 mentees per mentor - If less than 3 mentees take on 1 year one as well. Mentor will meet weekly and separately with each mentee to discuss current concerns and offer strategies for new to the profession mentees and for veteran teacher mentees; in addition, mentor will keep track of meetings and communications in a log that must be submitted to the lead mentor monthly.
