support deal progression, communication, and customer expectations. </li><li>Maintain oversight of deal flow, pending contracts, customer timelines, and coordination efforts between sales and operations. </li><li>Ensure location appearance, model homes, and office environment remain professional and customer ready. </li><li>Support compliance with company policies, licensing requirements,
