What You'll Do: * Supervise and mentor youth, modeling positive behavior * Support daily living activities (meals, hygiene, recreation) * Implement therapeutic programming and crisis intervention * Foster social, emotional, and coping skills * Maintain accurate documentation and reports * Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe, structured environment Qualifications: * Associate or Bachelor's degree OR 60 college credits OR 2 years of experience working with youth OR 7 years of parenting experience * Valid driver's license preferred; must be 21+ * Authorized to work in the U.S. * Background check required Shifts Available: * Front Half: Sun 8a-10:30p; Mon-Wed 2p-10:30p * Back Half: Wed-Fri 2p-10:30p; Sat 8a-10:30p Ready to make an impact?
