We are currently hiring for a Production Facilitator in Fairfax, VT. $24/hr 10 hour shifts Mon-Thur. 6am-4:30pm Required qualifications: - College degree in relevant field or high school diploma - 2 years of experience in a similar position - Knowledge of food hygiene standards (HACCP) - Knowledge of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) - Knowledge of operations (procedures, setup sheets, quality specs and production reports) - Computer skills required - Knowledge of SAGE X3 is an asset Summary of responsibilities: Under the responsibility of the production manager, the Production Facilitator is responsible for the coordination and smooth operation of the production lines. List of responsibilities: - Reviews the schedule for the following week’s production - Prepares all the production reports and labels - Verify that all Work Orders are prepared in advance and inform the Manager if any materials are missing (foil, shippers, displays, etc.) - Prints the set up sheet and checks the spec sheet sent by Quality Control - Prepares and prints production labels and forms - Examines spec sheets and communicate any errors to Production Manager and Quality Control Department for correction - Transcribes and updates all the data from the production reports to the KPI system - Prepares proposals of workforce needed for the Manager’s approval, to accomplish the planner’s schedule - Ensures documentation is properly closed out on X3 for all work orders, and organizes material return to the warehouse following each production run. - Checks and introduces each pallet in the SAGE X3 system - Prepares the production report following the day’s production according to the week’s schedule - Verifies, the production reports and setup sheets are properly filled out by the team before submitting them to the coordinator - Fills out the Production Scoreboard with the previous days produce to schedule information and reviews with the Manager each morning - Ensures all the employees respect work procedures, quality standards and practices, GMPs, health and safety rules, etc. - Follows up on attendance and reports any absences to the Manager - Checks emails, spec sheets, mix tickets, schedules, and any other updates - Organizes the tasks of team members - Determines staffing needs, consults with the Production Manager, and facilitates temporary staffing requests with Human Resources - Assists in the training and evaluation of Machine Operators and General Workers - Informs Production Manager and Human Resources of any personnel or safety issues with the client and agency staff, which may arise, and offers potential solutions - Participates in initiative-taking team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals - Supports and adheres to the client’ s company mission statements and core values - Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures - Supports and helps implement continuous process improvements - Complete any other tasks assigned by management. - Collects, wraps, and stages finished pallets from the lines JobsRUS.com Cares: *Pay Options: Direct Deposit, Paper Checks or pay cards; paid weekly *Health/Dental/Vision Insurance options compliant with the ACA *401k *Online Employee Portal to adjust withholdings and view and print pay stubs We look forward to working with you; JobsRUs.com Cares! MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: DIRECT CLINICAL SERVICES: The CYFS Clinician provides assessment and counseling to children, families, and/or groups suffering from mental health and/or substance use disorder. Services will be provided in the home, school, or office as needed. Facilitates referrals and communication between agencies for other services on behalf of the child. Attends team meetings to plan and monitor services. Provides case management, collateral contact, and social support, as needed. Makes community visits to support families, as needed. Facilitates communication between agencies on behalf of the child and/or family. Attends team meetings to plan and monitor services. Provides case management, and/or coordinates with the assigned case manager. May provide Substance Use services, or within related SUD grants, the incumbent will show competencies in screening, assessment, engagement, treatment planning, collaboration, referral, HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2, and other evidence-based counseling and professional ethics theories, in order to provide effective care. Participation in the annual 5 week long summer Camp Be A Kid program as program staff. ADMINISTRATIVE: The CYFS Clinician attends all UCS and community meetings necessary to promote coordination and communication. CONSULTATION/EDUCATION SERVICES: The CYFS Clinician provides consultation services to teachers, community partners, and school personnel, as needed. Consultation can be educational or evaluative. Also provides consultation and support to staff. CLINICAL RECORD KEEPING: The CYFS Clinician initiates and maintains compliance of timely and thorough record keeping and administrative/clinical documentation required to account for services to clients and program requirements. Such work includes, but is not limited to, client-specific assessments, case services, and progress notes, time sheets, schedules, and assigned periodic reports. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in a relevant human service field with experience providing counseling services to families and children. Must have an interest in providing Trauma Based Interventions. Licensure or eligible to pursue licensure in Vermont as Social Worker, Psychologist, or Mental Health Professional.
