This program offers strong earning potential, predictable structure, and built-in home time. <h3>Mentor Schedule & Structure</h3><ul><li>Typical mentor run: 11 days OTR</li><li>Day 1: Observation</li><li>Days 2–11: Student must drive a minimum of 5 hours per day</li><li>14-hour clock advantage:
