Must‑Have Skills & Experience* +8 years of merchandising/planning/allocation experience in apparel & accessories* 2-3 years of leadership role of managing a team* Proven track record of achieving sales, margin, and GP targets* Manage sales and inventory at the store level as well as seasonal launches/exits strategies that optimize consumer experience* Analyze the business weekly to understand product wins/opportunities with a POV on trade actions for immediate or long term* Collaborate with cross functional peers to develop and communicate a comprehensive inventory strategy that aligns future financial and product opportunitiesPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS* Ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.* Ability to travel as needed (up to 20%)* Comfortable moving equipment, product, or props as needed for shoots.
