QUALIFICATIONS + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent industrial machinery experience preferred + 3-5 years of experience supporting industrial machinery, CNC equipment, automation systems, fabrication equipment, panel processing equipment, or related manufacturing technologies + Experience in customer-facing applications engineering, product specialist, technical sales support, manufacturing engineering, or process optimization roles preferred + Ability to understand complex manufacturing systems and communicate technical solutions effectively to customers SKILLS & ABILITIES + Strong mechanical and technical aptitude + Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills + Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously + Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities + Comfortable working in manufacturing facilities and customer-facing environments + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing-related software platforms + Ability to work with both metric and imperial measurements + Willingness to travel regionally as needed WORK ENVIRONMENT + This role combines office, showroom, and customer-site environments.
