<p><strong>Location: </strong>Naval Construction Base Gulfport, Gulfport, MS</p><p><strong>Position:</strong> Full-time</p><h3><strong>Duties:</strong></h3><ul><li>Facilitate retreats, workshops, and training programs focused on personal resilience, relationship enrichment, and professional development for military personnel and their families.</li><li>Deliver programs, including Marriage Enrichment Retreats, Family Enrichment Retreats, Personal Resiliency Retreats, and Personal/Professional Growth Retreats.</li><li>Conduct workshops on suicide prevention, stress management, leadership development, and communication skills.</li><li>Engage in outreach and marketing, including meeting with military commanders and leaders to promote programs.</li><li>Collect and report data on program effectiveness, attendance, and engagement.</li><li>Submit weekly reports on activities and program outcomes to leadership.</li><li>Travel to other installations as required to deliver workshops and training sessions.</li></ul><h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3><ul><li>Master’s degree in Divinity, Pastoral Care, Counseling, or a related field OR at least three years of professional experience leading group facilitation in a supportive context.</li><li>Strong knowledge of military culture, ethical values, and social issues affecting service members and their families.</li><li>Experience delivering workshops and leading group discussions in a professional setting.</li><li>Ability to work independently while coordinating with military leadership.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of compiling reports and tracking program performance.</li><li>Willingness to travel as needed and work occasional weekends for retreats and events.</li></ul><p>Powered by JazzHR</p>

This position is part of the Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP), a structured apprenticeship program created by Kia America to help Military Veterans transition into the automotive industry.

<p>Tameron Kia in <strong>D'Iberville, MS,</strong> is seeking <strong>Military Veterans with mechanical experience</strong> who are interested in beginning a rewarding career as an <strong>Automotive Service Technician</strong>.</p><p>This position is part of the <strong>Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP)</strong>, a structured apprenticeship program created by <strong>Kia America</strong> to help Military Veterans transition into the automotive industry. Through this program, participants gain hands-on dealership experience while completing a <strong>one-year competency-based apprenticeship</strong> that leads to <strong>Kia Service Technician certification</strong>.</p><p>VTAP provides Veterans the opportunity to work full-time at a participating Kia dealership while receiving the training, tools, and support needed to develop into highly skilled automotive technicians.
