We are seeking a highly skilled and discreet Executive Protection Agent with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with C-suite level executives. The ideal candidate will possess advanced driving skills, executive protection training, and a valid Indiana firearm permit appropriate for professional armed security duties. This full-time role involves operating a luxury vehicle while ensuring the safety, security, and confidentiality of the principal during travel to and from business and personal engagements. Essential Functions and Responsibilities<ul><li>Safely transport C-suite executive(s) to scheduled destinations throughout Evansville, IN and surrounding areas </li><li>Conduct route planning, traffic monitoring, and contingency planning to ensure timely arrivals </li><li>Maintain a professional and discreet demeanor at all times </li><li>Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each trip </li><li>Remain in close proximity to the vehicle and principal when on standby </li><li>Coordinate with security teams and administrative staff as needed </li><li>Maintain situational awareness and respond effectively to any threats or emergencies </li><li>Maintain a clean, mechanically sound, and fully fueled vehicle </li><li>Ensure strict confidentiality at all times </li><li>Must be able to manage time appropriately </li><li>Provide the appropriate level of proximity to the CEO for personal protection</li><li>Manage security at client events</li><li>All other duties as assigned </li></ul> Competencies and Attributes<ul><li>Excellent time-management skills </li><li>Exceptional vigilance and attention to detail </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities </li><li>Ability to work independently and make decisive, well-informed decisions </li><li>Proven capability in handling high-stress situations and de-escalating conflicts  </li><li>Emotional intelligence and awareness to handle high stress situations with candor </li></ul> Qualifications and Education Required Qualifications: <ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive protection driver or in a similar role serving high-profile clientele </li><li>Prior law enforcement, military, or high-level private security background</li><li>Possess a high school diploma or GED </li><li>Valid Indiana driver's license with a clean driving record </li><li>Must be at least 21 years of age and not prohibited from carrying a firearm</li><li>Pass a fingerprinting/background check</li><li>Must have a clean criminal record</li><li>Indiana CCW permit for concealed carry in other states with reciprocity</li><li>Must have completed all required Indiana state certified training for an armed security guard (must provide certificates) with additional training as necessary</li><li>Eligible to receive Indiana Armed Security Guard licensing under employer</li><li>Certification in Executive Protection or close protection (preferred: EP schools such as ESI, EPI, or similar) </li><li>Excellent knowledge of Evansville, IN and surrounding area roadways </li><li>Experience in emergency response </li><li>Strong judgment, discretion, and interpersonal communication skills </li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Tactical/emergency driving course certification (EVOC, SDC, etc.)    </li><li>CPR/AED and First Aid certificate </li><li>Familiarity with secure communications and advanced work</li></ul> Position Type and Schedule <ul><li style="margin-left:8px;text-align:justify">Regular Full-Time (RFT)</li><li style="margin-left:8px;text-align:justify">In-person position located in Indiana</li><li style="margin-left:8px;text-align:justify">24/7 availability to the client while on a task</li><li style="margin-left:8px;text-align:justify">May require domestic and international travel</li><li style="margin-left:8px;text-align:justify">Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000 annually</li></ul> Work Environment and Physical Demands Reasonable accommodation requires the physical and mental capacity to perform all essential functions effectively.
