Education/Experience 5+ years of experience in a repair, technical support, or military technical training environment Associates Degree or higher in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred or combination of experience and education Technical background with proven software, electrical, and electromechanical skills Advanced troubleshooting & problem solving techniques Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products is essential: Excel, Word and Power Point. Preferred: Candidates must possess, or be able to obtain, a US security clearance Previous experience using Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool Experience working closely with customers in sales, customer service, or technical capacity Ability to work as part of an extended team to identify, repair, and report on all isolated equipment failures.
