Provides deep technical knowledge in an assigned portfolio and advices both sales organization and customers in capabilities and options how to use and integrate Siemens products effectively.The Territory Sales Manager, Ultrasound is focused on ultrasound sales, including Point of Care, Women's Health and General Imaging in hospitals and Clinics in one of the country's most dynamic and innovative healthcare areas.Your role:<ul><li>Achieve business objectives for assigned territory (for example, penetration of account with product/solution/service offerings)</li><li>May identify, develop and manage channel partners to achieve channel goals</li><li>Guides the development and execution of strategic account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals</li><li>Develops, builds and cultivates long-term relationships with key management within the customer organization</li><li>Assists management in devising sales plans and strategies, may develop forecasts, budgets and operating plans for sales channels</li><li>May lead team reviews and updates of account plan based on changing market, customer conditions, and competitive activity</li></ul>Your expertise:<ul><li>BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>Very good presentation skills in the customer environment and show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation</li><li>Ability of develop an understanding of product knowledge on all product lines.</li><li>High degree of business acumen</li><li>Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across all levels of an organization (internal and external).</li><li>6+ years in a healthcare field sales with 3+ years in capital equipment, specific experience selling imaging or diagnostic ultrasound</li><li>Professional sales training in SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Professional Selling Skills, Miller-Heiman, etc.</li><li>Experience working with sales quotas, forecasting</li><li>Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals</li><li>Success with shorter, high transactional sales cycles ideal</li><li>Travel - Approximately 50%</li><li>Must have a good driving record</li></ul> Who we are: We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries. The base pay range for this position is: $62,400 - $85,800 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
