As an Angiography Product Sales Executive,you will be responsible for: <ul><li>Providing deep technical knowledge in an assigned portfolio and advise both sales organization and customers in capabilities and options how to use and integrate Siemens products effectively.</li><li>Developing, building, and cultivating effective relationships with key stakeholders within your assigned customer organization.</li><li>Guiding the development and execution of strategic account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals and budgets.</li><li>Assisting management in devising sales plans and strategies, develop forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for product sales channels.</li><li>Leading territory team reviews and updates of account plan based on changing market, customer conditions, and competitive activity.</li><li>Providing deep technical knowledge in Angio space, advise both sales and customers in capabilities and options how to use and integrate Siemens Angiography products effectively.</li><li>Remain current with Interventional imaging trends and market landscape.</li></ul><ul><li>Train and guide internal colleagues on these current Angio trends and narrate key talking points.</li><li>Effectively use Siemens sales tools to enhance collaboration, communication, and to drive growth.</li><li>May initiate the establishment of expert teams and facilitate those team activities.</li><li>Achieve business objectives for assigned territory (for example, penetration of account with product/solution/service offerings).</li></ul> Required skills to have for the success of this role: <ul><li>BS/BA in related discipline and 5+ years' experience in Angiography sales, marketing or clinical role specific to Angiography; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li></ul><ul><li>Success in building and sustaining effective customer relationships.</li><li>Senior professional-level expertise, with extensive functional, commercial and/or technical knowledge in Angio space.</li><li>Deep professional know-how and experience in Angio; to effectively transfer and apply know-how to/in various contexts.</li><li>Solid professional judgment and problem-solving competence. Ability to improve existing processes and approaches.</li><li>Approximately 50-75% Travel required, within territory.</li><li>Must have clean driving record</li></ul> Preferred: <ul><li>Angiography sales or medical capital equipment experience,</li><li>Sales experience selling in hospital environment, and</li><li>Experience carrying/exceeding large quotas with long sales cycles.</li><li>Professional sales training in SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Professional Selling Skills, Miller-Heiman, etc.</li></ul> Who we are: We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries. The base pay range for this position is: $67,200 - $92,400 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the CompanyBBTECH_RESERVED_CHAR
