Instruct participants ages 5-12 in basic pickleball strokes, rules, and strategies Lead safe, engaging, and age-appropriate camp activities Supervise participants and maintain a positive and inclusive environment Set up and break down equipment and activity areas Communicate effectively with ARC staff and site supervisors Follow ARC and Seattle Parks and Recreation policies and procedures. Must be 18 years of age or older Experience instructing or coaching pickleball or similar racket/paddle sports Experience working with children in a recreational or camp setting Ability to manage groups in a positive and supportive manner.
