This role focuses on ensuring maximum uptime, performance, and operational safety through expert technical work and leadership within the on-site team. Minimum 3 years of experience in Bitcoin mining site operations or similar high-density data environments.

We are seeking a Senior Site Technician to support operations at our Bitcoin mining facility in Wyoming/Montana. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on experience maintaining and optimizing Bitcoin mining hardware and infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring maximum uptime, performance, and operational safety through expert technical work and leadership within the on-site team.<h3> Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Perform daily maintenance, troubleshooting of ASIC miners (Bitmain, MicroBT, etc.).</li><li> Monitor and maintain electrical distribution, PDUs, and cooling systems to ensure continuous site operation.</li><li> Diagnose and resolve miner performance issues, hashboard faults, and power irregularities.</li><li> Assist with installation, commissioning, and testing of new miners and supporting infrastructure.</li><li> Conduct network setup and monitoring for ASICs and management systems.</li><li>Maintain accurate logs of repairs, replacements, and downtime events.</li><li> Support implementation of preventive maintenance programs.</li><li> Collaborate with the Site Manager and junior technicians to ensure operational targets are met.</li><li> Uphold site safety and compliance standards at all times.</li><li> Provide technical input for upgrades and scaling projects. </li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in Bitcoin mining site operations or similar high-density data environments.</li><li>Strong understanding of ASIC miner architecture, firmware, and diagnostics.</li><li>Skilled in electrical and low-voltage systems, cabling, and power distribution.</li><li>Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addressing, switches, monitoring tools).</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and electrical schematics.</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Comfortable working in physically demanding and outdoor conditions.</li><li>Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights or weekends as needed. </li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage). </li><li> Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams. </li><li> Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days, 15 sick days, plus local holidays. </li><li> Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards. </li><li> 401k benefits.</li><li> Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company villa in Cyprus).</li></ul>
