Engineering & SciencePosition Summary
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and support of Bridgestone iTrack and Mining Solutions technologies across assigned regions. The position combines strategic solution engineering with hands-on technical support, customer onboarding, and hardware/software integration. The goal is to ensure successful execution of mining solutions initiatives, drive adoption of digital tools, and deliver exceptional customer experience while fostering sustainable growth. Instill by example a culture of success and continuous improvement, applying analytics and process improvement to enhance key areas of the business and address shortcomings.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead technical onboarding of new customers, ensuring smooth integration of solutions.</li><li>Train customers and internal teams on configuration, hardware installation, and system usage.</li><li>Conduct end-user training sessions to maximize value.</li><li>Perform and supervise on-site hardware installations, replacements, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Coordinate mine site installation schedules.</li><li>Collect hardware and manage returns.</li><li>Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to optimize solutions and improve outcomes.</li><li>Build strong relationships at all organizational levels within customer accounts.</li><li>Close the loop on feedback, including product enhancement requests and strategic improvement initiatives.</li><li>Configure and monitor system features to optimize tire performance.</li><li>Support end users in leveraging data insights for operational improvements.</li><li>Coordinate rollouts of system upgrades and configuration changes.</li><li>Act as the single point of contact and escalation for cross-department, cross-process, or cross-site issues; coordinate resolution with internal and external resources.</li><li>Develop and execute Strategic Success Plans for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals.</li><li>Provide executive summaries, progress updates, and root-cause analysis for escalated issues; lead "lessons learned" initiatives.</li><li>Identify areas for improvement in products, services, and operational processes; propose and implement enhancements.</li><li>Collaborate with sales teams to forecast annual budgets and hardware needs.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and manage hardware forecasting.</li><li>Prepare technical presentations and assist in follow-up activities.</li><li>Support development testing activities and provide feedback for product enhancements.</li><li>Serve as an escalation point for implementing and testing new tools with active customers.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities:
As a Mine Planner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining short-term, mid-term, and long-term mine plans that maximize resource recovery while supporting operational efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Develop and maintain mine plans, production schedules, and extraction sequences.</li><li>Analyze geological, survey, and production data to support operational planning and decision-making.</li><li>Design pit layouts, haul roads, stockpile locations, and mining phases.</li><li>Monitor production performance and adjust plans as necessary to achieve operational goals.</li><li>Collaborate with mine management, operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure successful plan execution.</li><li>Ensure mine plans comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including environmental and safety requirements.</li><li>Prepare reports, maps, presentations, and other planning-related documentation.</li><li>Conduct reserve and resource evaluations and assist with forecasting production and material availability.</li><li>Utilize mine planning, surveying, CAD, and GIS software to develop accurate mine models and designs.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost control across mining operations.</li></ul>

What Sets You Apart:
Successful candidates will possess a combination of technical aptitude, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills. We encourage both experienced professionals and recent graduates to apply.<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Experience in mine planning, quarry operations, aggregates, or surface mining is preferred but not required.</li><li>Recent graduates with relevant coursework, internships, co-op experience, or strong interest in mining and aggregate operations are encouraged to apply.</li><li>Proficiency with mine planning software, CAD software, GIS applications, and Microsoft Office is preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to interpret engineering drawings, geological information, and production data.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.</li><li>Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li></ul><h2>Physical Requirements</h2><ul><li>Ability to work in both office and field environments.</li><li>Frequent walking on uneven terrain and active mining or quarry sites.</li><li>Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).</li><li>Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li></ul><h2>Work Environment</h2><ul><li>Combination of office and outdoor mining/quarry environments.</li><li>Exposure to dust, noise, heavy equipment, and changing weather conditions.</li><li>Travel between mine and quarry locations may be required.</li></ul>
