<div><strong>Job Title:</strong><br/>Freelance Mine Site Auditor – Coal Supply Chain Due Diligence<br/><br/></div><div><strong>Overview:</strong><br/>We are seeking an experienced professional to conduct independent, end-to-end assessments of coal suppliers to validate their operational capability and ability to deliver contracted volumes reliably.</div><div>This is a <strong>project-based / freelance opportunity</strong> suited for senior professionals with hands-on experience in coal mining operations, inspections, or supply chain due diligence.<br/><br/></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Conduct on-site assessments of coal mining operations, logistics, and port facilities</li><li>Verify supplier capability, production capacity, and operational readiness</li><li>Review permits, compliance, and regulatory documentation</li><li>Evaluate logistics chain (mine transport port vessel)</li><li>Identify operational and commercial risks impacting supply continuity</li><li>Deliver clear, evidence-based reports with go/no-go recommendations</li></ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul><li>5+ years of experience in coal mining operations, inspections, or commodity due diligence</li><li>Strong understanding of coal supply chains and logistics</li><li>Experience with site audits, inspections, or operational assessments</li><li>Ability to work independently and provide objective, defensible conclusions</li><li>Background in Mining Engineering, Geology, Supply Chain, or related field preferred</li></ul><div><strong>Engagement Details:</strong></div><ul><li>Contract / freelance basis</li><li>Project-based assignments</li><li>Travel may be required depending on site location</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>About Cotecna Canada Inc.:</strong><p>Cotecna is a leading provider of testing, inspection and certification services.
