REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS<ul><li style="font-size:10pt">Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret level Clearance</li><li style="font-size:10pt">Citizenship: Must be a US citizen</li><li style="font-size:10pt">Education: Bachelor's Degree in a professional engineering discipline with 3 years directly related experience 3 must be within the DoD, OR<ul><li style="list-style-type:none;font-size:10pt"><ul><li style="font-size:10pt"> 7 years of directly related experience 5 of which must be in the DoD </li></ul></li></ul></li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICIATIONS / SKILLS<ul><li style="font-size:10pt">Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field</li><li style="font-size:10pt">Years of experience: 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years working in the DoD sector</li><li style="font-size:10pt">Certifications: OMG-Certified Systems Modeling Professional – Model Builder, Intermediate Certification</li><li style="font-size:10pt">Experience in SysML model creation.</li><li style="font-size:10pt">Experience with Cameo Enterprise Architect (highly desired).</li><li style="font-size:10pt">Experience with Dassault software (3DExperience, Enovia, Catia) (desired). </li></ul>RESPONSIBILITIES Individual will provideMODEL-BASED SYSTEMS ENGINEER support that applies a broad theoretical and practical knowledge of system-based engineering to the acquisition process.  Duties include, but not limited to: <ul><li style="font-size:10pt">Develop, author, and maintain system architecture, network, and data flow diagrams for complex meteorological and communication systems</li><li style="font-size:10pt">Lead and execute Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) activities using SysML, UML, and tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler</li><li style="font-size:10pt">Create and manage digital engineering artifacts including accreditation boundaries, system topologies, and federated enterprise models</li><li style="font-size:10pt">Brief senior government leadership, program managers, and technical teams on architecture designs, model progress, and technical solutions</li><li style="font-size:10pt">Mentor and train personnel on MBSE methodologies, digital engineering environments, and toolsets</li><li style="font-size:10pt">Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and FFRDC partners to ensure model federation and architectural alignment</li><li style="font-size:10pt">Support cybersecurity and system authorization efforts, including development of documentation for IATT and ATO processes</li><li style="font-size:10pt">Analyze technical challenges and develop innovative solutions using digital modeling techniques</li></ul>"Hanscom campaign"#CJ#LI-LP1
