Duties & Responsibilities • Provide leadership for the Ridgefield Preclinical PKPD Modeling team, ensuring alignment with global Preclinical PKPD Modelling and DDS objectives. Set clear goals, prioritize resources, and foster a culture of scientific excellence and innovation. • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of up to 5 PKPD Modeling scientists. Foster an open, collaborative, and growth-oriented culture through regular feedback, performance reviews, and career development activities. Recruit, onboard, and develop talent to build a highly innovative and impactful modeling team. • Drive the development and implementation of innovative state-of-the-art PKPD modeling approaches, including empirical, mechanistic, and quantitative systems pharmacology models. Focus on advancing NBEs (new biological entity) and NTMs (new therapeutic modalities) and model-informed translational strategies towards high-quality human efficacious dose predictions. • Represent PK/PD modeling in multidisciplinary drug discovery project teams and the global Preclinical PKPD Modelling Leadership Team. Build strong partnerships with Discovery Research, Clinical Pharmacology, Biotherapeutics Discovery, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of modeling expertise across our therapeutic areas (e.g., Immunology & Respiratory, Cardio-Renal-Metabolic, and Oncology Discovery Research). • Drive the adoption of new modeling methodologies, technologies, and best practices as part of Discovery Research. Develop translational strategies in close collaboration with global teams. Increase the visibility and impact of preclinical PKPD modeling within Boehringer Ingelheim and the broader scientific community. • Ensure delivery of high-quality PKPD modeling outputs, including study design for preclinical PK, biomarker, and pharmacology studies. Ensure clear communication of results to guide model-informed decision-making in drug discovery and provide a good basis for clinical development teams. • Present research at internal and external scientific meetings, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and represent the department in committees and forums. Ensure compliance with regulations, SOPs, and company policies, maintaining accurate records and demonstrating fiscal responsibility. Requirements • PhD in related field or equivalent area of focus with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience in Pharmacometrics / Preclinical PKPD Modelling in the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory agencies, or academia or • Master’s degree in in related field medicine or equivalent area of focus with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience in Pharmacometrics / Preclinical PKPD Modelling in the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory agencies, or academia or • Professional degree in pharmacy or medicine (e.g., PharmD, MD, Apotheker, Arzt) with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience in Pharmacometrics / Preclinical PKPD Modelling in the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory agencies, or academia. • Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in working in drug discovery teams preferred. • Proficiency in applying PMx/PKPD/QSP modeling with impact on decision making. Along with experience with empirical and PBPK modeling for NBEs preferred. Deep knowledge of drug discovery process, MID3, and preferentially regulatory guidelines. • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, influence cross-functional teams, and build effective working relationships. • Proven leadership and people management skills, with first experience of developing and inspiring scientific teams. In depth scientific and strategic knowledge in the field and knowledge of overall drug discovery process. • Ability to inspire and motivate a team and focus their energy on achieving business goals. • Process and performance-oriented, constant drive to develop and implement innovative approaches and processes. • Ability to challenge processes and procedures, propose changes, and perform contributions to problem solving. • Excellent communication skills, with a strong publication and presentation record. Eligibility Requirements • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction. • Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required). • Must be 18 years of age or older. Compensation Data This position offers a base salary typically between $250,000.00 and $394,000.00 USD. The position may be eligible for a role specific variable or performance based bonus and or other compensation elements. In the role of a Radiology Technologist I at Sollis Health, you will be responsible for the operation of our X-ray equipment and ensuring patients that have Radiology needs are having a high-level, hospitality experience. You will also cover the front desk welcoming our members and creating a memorable experience as you take them through our intake and checkout process. You will also be trained and certified on how to run lab testing in a moderate to complex lab and support our medical teams, when needed. Per Diem - 2 shifts a month 7a-7p + Pay per scanResponsibilities<ul><li style="font-weight:400">Receiving and reviewing the physician's request for radiographic procedures and identifying the patient prior to conducting scans</li><li style="font-weight:400">Performing x-rays on a variety of body parts utilizing the appropriate equipment and established standards and procedures</li><li style="font-weight:400">Producing films of the X-ray and providing it to the requesting physician</li><li style="font-weight:400">Ensuring images are legibly labelled with correct date and patient identification</li><li style="font-weight:400">Monitoring the patient's well-being and recognizes patient discomfort or medical problems and takes appropriate action</li><li style="font-weight:400">Running laboratory tests on our moderate to complex machines, and helps to perform routine QC's and other lab requirements</li><li style="font-weight:400">Utilizing our EMR for scheduling, patient intake, registration updates, scanning document, and enter detailed information about the patients ensuring all information is HIPPA compliant </li><li style="font-weight:400">Entering membership leads and updating patient information in our CRM Salesforce</li><li style="font-weight:400">Keeping the office space and the entire clinic clean and presentable meeting Sollis brand standards, and distributing mail and facilitating mailing items to members</li><li style="font-weight:400">Checking inventory, ensuring rooms have adequate supplies, restocking where needed and partnering with the inventory coordinator to order more supplies as needed</li><li style="font-weight:400">Greeting members/patients ensuring they receive a high-level of customer service</li><li style="font-weight:400">Scheduling follow up appointments for medical evaluations, vaccinations or house calls</li><li style="font-weight:400">Answering the Sollis medical hotline as needed and directing patients to the appropriate team members for their medical care, billing questions or other needs</li><li style="font-weight:400">Preparing house call bags and scheduling appointments as requested</li><li>Must be able to lift up to, 75 lbs as the second assist for Coterie patients if they are unable to assist themselves if they have fallen.</li><li style="font-weight:400">Performs other job-related duties as assigned</li></ul> <h3>Pay-Per-Scan Model:</h3>How it works:<ol><li>A Sollis patient needs a scan.</li><li>You will receive a text message asking if you are available to come into our facility to scan a patient.</li><li>If you are available, you arrive to conduct the scan(s). </li><li>You are paid based on how many scans you conduct. </li></ol>Compensation:<ul><li>Daytime (defined as scans beginning within 7:00am – 7:00pm): $350 per scan </li></ul>Example: You conduct two scans in two hours at Sollis during the daytime, you will receive $700 as payment. In addition to the piece rate pay, you are able to pick up shifts as a per diem employee if interested/available!  Experience We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:<ul><li style="font-weight:400">Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program required</li><li style="font-weight:400">Current California State Department of Health licensure as a Radiologic Technologist, required</li><li style="font-weight:400">American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration, required</li><li style="font-weight:400">Must have at least 1 year of experience utilizing X-Ray technology</li><li style="font-weight:400">Extraordinary organizational and project management skills;
