We're seeking a mission-driven Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a growing, value-based care organization in Southern California's Inland Empire. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to deliver advanced, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative, team-based environment -- without the pressures of volume-driven medicine.Why You'll Love This Opportunity<ul><li>Compensation: Base salary $280K-$350K, commensurate with experience</li><li>Bonus Eligible: Up to 20% annual performance bonus</li><li>Schedule: Monday-Friday, outpatient only, no nights or weekends</li><li>Focus: Quality-driven care -- not RVUs or patient quotas</li><li>Sign-On Bonus:$20,000</li><li>Support: Robust team including APPs, case managers, and care coordinators</li></ul>Your Role<ul><li>Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and senior patients, emphasizing prevention and chronic disease management</li><li>Collaborate in daily high-risk huddles to proactively manage care for complex patients</li><li>Educate patients and families on health maintenance, wellness, and disease prevention</li><li>Coordinate referrals to specialists and ensure continuity of care</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within the EMR system</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine</li><li>Current and unrestricted California medical license and DEA registration</li><li>Experience managing complex or chronically ill patient populations preferred</li><li>Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient relationship-building skills</li></ul>The CommunityNestled in Southern California's Inland Empire, this location provides easy access to Los Angeles, Palm Springs, and coastal beaches -- all within driving distance.
