Fit Models support the evaluation of fit, function, and comfort of every style we make. Fit Models are ideally outdoor enthusiasts and use Stio or similar products to provide feedback to our Developers. <em><strong>Fit Models must be located in Jackson Hole, WY, Boulder or Denver, CO</strong></em> to work directly with the Stio PD team. <p><b>Description</b></p><div><strong>Position Purpose </strong></div><div>As a LONG Service Technician III, you will be maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing commercial HVAC systems at a rapid and advanced level. You will partner with Service Supervisors and other technicians on advanced tasks according to LONG service procedures. Though you will be joining an existing team of Service Technicians, you will work independently most of the time. A company vehicle, mobile phone, and clothing are provided to ensure you are well equipped for the job. Your focus will be on performing basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer HVAC equipment while providing excellent customer service and quickly resolving HVAC system issues. </div><div> </div><div><strong>Pay Range:</strong> $40 to $50 per hr. plus potential profit share. </div><div> </div><div>This position is collectively bargained and all benefits are provided by the union. </div><div> </div><div><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities </strong></div><div>To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to: </div><div><ul><li>Perform advanced and rapid troubleshooting on all commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, economizer, VAV box, and pneumatic controls while working entirely independently.</li><li>Perform advanced maintenance tasks on commercial HVAC systems, perform in-depth inspections as needed according to LONG’s Service Procedures.</li><li>Optimize HVAC systems’ performances and energy efficiency.</li><li>Oversee large-scale installation and retrofit projects.</li><li>Assist with the training, supervision, and mentoring of Apprentices and less experienced technicians.</li><li>Provide support and insight to Service Supervisors regarding difficult and complex problems. </li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert on difficult installation and start up on commercial HVAC equipment. </li><li>Regularly attend and complete any assigned training courses</li><li>Design and implement customer HVAC solutions.</li><li>Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork while on the job.</li><li>Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers upon arrival at job sites, confirming satisfaction before departing, and consistently representing the company with professionalism.</li><li>Capability to work in confined or tight spaces such as mechanical rooms for installation and repair tasks.</li><li>Commit to adhering to safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others while performing HVAC tasks.</li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul></div><div><strong>Qualifications </strong></div><div><ul><li>6+ years working experience with commercial HVAC systems </li><li>Ability to work after-hours when needed.</li><li>Experience managing large scale HVAC projects</li><li>Expert knowledge of commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, including variable refrigerant flow (VRF) and building automation systems (BAS). </li><li>Knowledge of advanced refrigerant management and environmental impact.</li><li>Familiarity with emerging HVAC technologies and industry trends. Valid CFC Refrigeration certificate</li><li>Understand system design, load calculations and energy modeling</li><li>This position requires the ability to drive a company vehicle safely and legally.</li><li>Advanced oral, written, interpersonal communication skills, as well as excellent documentation and organizational skills. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel) and able to learn additional computer software quickly. </li></ul></div><div><strong>Preferred Qualifications  </strong></div><div><ul><li>No candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
