The Product Development Engineer in our Passive Exchange (PX) group supports various phases of passive thermal technologies (heat pipes, phase change materials, etc.), cold plates and associated systems, data center direct-to-chip cooling, and other projects ranging from concept generation and initial design to prototype hardware fabrication and volume production. We provide thermal products and engineering services to the world's leading defense and commercial companies such as Intel, Hewlett Packard (HP), GE Healthcare, Google, Facebook, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Boeing, and General Electric.
