Functional Experience: Demonstrates knowledge and a proven record of success in or a desire to deliver advisory services in the following capability areas: Manufacturing Strategy & Operating Model Development; Physical Manufacturing Network Analysis & Optimization; Pre/Post M&A Activities; New Product Introduction / Launch Management; and, Contract Manufacturing, Tolling, CDMO Management.
