Overview:
<h1>Senior Financial Modeling Analyst Duties:</h1>The Senior Financial Modeling Analyst is responsible for creating models, monitoring pools of cash flows, projecting portfolio activity and evaluating opportunities, as well as effectively collaborating with leadership on investment recommendations and plans. This role will also collect, produce and analyze credit and collateral characteristics, and contribute to the creation, improvement, and implementation of company models. 

Pay Range:
USD $100,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.

Responsibilities:
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>Build complex, cash flow-based models to project performance, analyze risks, and structure debt or equity tranches.</li><li>Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and the competitive landscape to provide recommendations for strategic financial planning.</li><li>Evaluate potential investment opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, and provide comprehensive financial models and projections, and present findings to executive team and/or board of directors.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments, teams, and executives to integrate new products and pricing strategies into forecasts, along with staying up to date on expenses and current market trends.</li><li>Create and run forecasts with multiple scenarios and stress tests including the creation of new products or prices to analyze the net impact on financials.</li><li>Liaise with external partners related to operations, audits, banking, and consulting.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to provide data, statistics, validation, answers, etc. to investors and other third parties as necessary.</li><li>Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and develop recommendations to increase efficiency, consistency and quality of data and reports.</li><li>Develop connection capabilities from multiple sources (accounting software, servicing software, etc.) and build repeatable reports.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by management. Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly. Must be able to take direction and work well with others. Must be able to work under the stress of deadlines. Must be able to concentrate and perform accurately. Must be able to react to change productively.</li></ul> 

Qualifications:
<h1>Minimum Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience OR combination of education and experience.</li><li>Experience in modeling cash flows and loan/debt modeling such as prepayments, defaults, interest accruals, etc. is preferred.</li><li>To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and any applicable role specific development or design software.</li></ul>

The Senior Financial Analyst Opportunity:The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for advanced financial analysis, reporting, and accounting functions to support strategic and operational decision-making across North Central Health Care (NCHC). This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial data, maintains compliance with regulatory and accounting standards, and provides actionable insights through financial modeling, variance analysis, and performance metrics. This position collaborates closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate financial performance, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and drive continuous improvement in financial operations and reporting. This role requires a self-directed, independent contributor capable of leading projects and executing work autonomously while collaborating effectively across the organization. Compensation and Benefits:<ul><li>The starting pay range for this role is $75,712 - $82,430, based on education and experience. </li><li>This position on-site in Wausau, WI.
