As a food and beverage Team Lead and under the direction of your department manager and/or the F&B Director, you'll be responsible for assisting in the management of daily operations to include, but not limited to, guest service, maintaining a clean and appealing workspace, quick serve operations, including team member development and performance, inventory, ordering of food and supplies, optimizing profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including excellent guest service, listening and oral communication skills, conflict management skills and dispute resolution skills.
